The Eve of Heart's Day

I was at Stanford mall this morning looking for a Heart's Day gift for Sinta. I must've been the only girl there without a kid. I was shopping with the stay-at-home mothers taking their children, who were all smartly dressed like French kids, to this outdoor shopping mall.

As shameful as it may sound, I was actually stressed doing this last-minute shopping for a Valentine's gift. I wasn't the only one. Sans the crazy crowds of the holiday season, it seriously felt like I was Christmas shopping. People were shoving me in the aisles, pushing their way up to the registers. Who knew Valentine's Day could be stressful?
